Through my Coaching and Soul Care programs, I guide individuals toward mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being by cultivating self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and aligning life with core values.
With 20 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, and soul care, I facilitate transformative spaces for growth. I also co-host The Nine Design podcast—the first Australian Christian Enneagram podcast—exploring personality, faith, and culture.
Beyond my work, I enjoy life on the sunny NSW South Coast with my husband, Ryan, and our three children.
